3. Engage Your Customer: Giving something away on your website is something that interests people.  They think of it as a free gift that they have received without even purchasing yet.  Engage them in with free demos or trials of your software program.  By doing this, your customer will be able to experience what it is you are offering before actually purchasing the product.  Let them know that no matter what their problem may be, your software and your business will help them solve it.
